MEET OUR NEW TEACHERS COACH JOHN ROSS HUDSON My name is John Ross Hudson, I grew up in Paris, TN and graduated in 2004. I then attended Tennessee Tech University, majored in EXPW with a minor in Biology, and played football for four years. After graduating from TN Tech, I moved to Lexington, TN, where I took a teaching and football coaching job at Lexington High School. I taught and coached football there for the last 14 years. I also met my wife, Brooklyn Hudson, while in Lexington. We have two children, Greyde Ross, 8, and Lyndie Brooke, 5. My wife and I are incredibly excited about joining the staff here at Camden Central. In my spare time, I enjoy anything outdoors, watching Auburn football and basketball, watching my kids play sports, and spending time with my family.

MEET OUR NEW TEACHERS MS. BROOKLYN HUDSON My name is Brooklyn Hudson. Currently, I am known as the new coach's wife, but soon, most will know me as the loud math teacher. I am married to John Ross Hudson, and we have two kids, Greyde and Lyndie. I completed my undergrad at Union University, graduating with a B.S. in Mathematics, and completed my Master of Education at Union as well. I taught math at Lexington High School for 11 years. It was a great experience to teach at the school where I graduated, but I am so excited for the new adventure of teaching here at Camden. I love students, and I am all about school spirit! Teaching is my passion; I love building student relationships, and my goal is to help each student find their strengths so they can believe in themselves the way I believe in them. Outside the classroom, I love reading, being outside, and spending time with family and friends. GO LIONS!

2024 Graduation Information for Camden Central High School   The 2024 Camden Central Graduation will be this Friday night at 7:30. Weather permitting, the ceremonies will be held at Wright Field. If inclement weather conditions prevent an outdoor ceremony, we will decide to hold the event in the gymnasium. Moving to the gymnasium will limit our space. We kindly request parents and guests refrain from moving to the floor to take pictures during the ceremony. We will have a photographer to take pictures of each senior. Your cooperation in following these guidelines is greatly appreciated. Commencement ceremonies are a formal recognition of our students' academic success. We want to ensure that all parents and guests hear and see their graduates as they walk across the stage. Please help us make this a formal event for our students. If you have questions about the location, you can check the Camden Central or Benton County Schools Facebook page or call Camden Central at 731-584-7254.

Over the last couple of weeks, we have observed several people on their cellular devices in school zones and the parent pick up lines. This is a violation of Tennessee State law, and School Resource officers have issued a few warning citations. We have been informed that School Resource Officers will begin issuing actual citations in the near future. For the safety of our students, staff, and everyone in these areas, please do not use your cellular device in school zones or parent pick up lines. We appreciate your cooperation.
