The Queens of the Kitchen & The King of Burgers 🍔👑

Once upon a lunchtime in the bustling culinary kingdom of Briarwood Elementary, the legendary Nutrition Team donned their emerald armor to prepare the day's feast. But these weren't just any green shirts!

Look closely, and you’ll see the benevolent ruler of the hallways, Principal Chad Wyatt, receiving the royal treatment. Sporting a crown fit for a (Burger) King and clutching a double-decker cheeseburger, Mr. Wyatt is keeping a watchful eye over the tater tots today!

We love a team that works hard, feeds our students with love, and knows exactly how to have a laugh. Thank you to our incredible cafeteria staff for serving up smiles—and to Mr. Wyatt for being such a good sport!

Dear Families and Staff, Earlier today, Camden Central High School administration was made aware of a potential verbal threat to school safety. Law enforcement are currently investigating the report. Based on their investigation a verbal threat was made by a student, but it's been determined that there is not an imminent threat to school safety. A new Tennessee law requires school districts to notify families whenever law enforcement is contacted in connection with a potential school threat. The safety of our students and staff is always our top priority. We encourage everyone in our community to continue reporting any concerns they may have. If you see or hear something that could represent a safety issue, please speak up. We will communicate with you if additional information becomes available. In the meantime, thank you for your attention to this update. Sincerely, Mark Florence, Director of Schools
