Benton County has released its new website.
CAMDEN, Tenn. (July 19, 2023) – Benton County Schools has launched a new website to increase communication amongst faculty, students, and parents. Through the new site, students can receive notifications directly from teachers. The website can also be used as an app on mobile platforms.
This website grants principals, district administrators, teachers, and staff higher capabilities to communicate more efficiently. Notifications about assignments, due dates, and events will be much more accessible.
“We always strive to find the best platform to convey information to our stakeholders, students, parents, and the broader community,” said Randy Shannon, District Webmaster. “This website version affords us opportunities that past sites did not.”
The State of Tennessee requires all county school systems to have a school district website. This new website will be a central hub for all schools in Benton County for communication and information.
Parents can access this new website at bentoncountyschools.org. They can also download the app from the Apple and Google mobile app stores from a link on the website.
Community members with problems, suggestions, or issues may contact Mr. Shannon at (731) 584-6111 or email randy.shannon@bcos.org.
